Jeremy came out yesterday to stretch my carpet and clean it and my tile. From the minute he introduced himself I knew I made the right choice. He was very professional but also very friendly. He explained to me all the process’ and then went straight to work. Now my house looks better than it did when we purchased it 5 years ago. My carpet was in horrible condition and Black Bear stretched it, fixed up the edges and cleaned it up like new! I cannot believe it.
