Jeremy came out yesterday to stretch my carpet and clean it and my tile. From the minute he introduced himself I knew I made the right choice. He was very professional but also very friendly. He explained to me all the process’ and then went straight to work. Now my house looks better than it did when we purchased it 5 years ago. Black Bear did a great job cleaning the carpets and my precious cream shag wool rug. The carpets look better than ever and my rug is finally spot free of that painful hot-sauce-incident stain. Fast, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend to anyone in the area.
My carpet was in horrible condition and Black Bear stretched it, fixed up the edges and cleaned it up like new! I cannot believe it. I can now keep this carpet for a few more years happily instead of the crappy carpet I had yesterday! I highly recommend anyone looking to freshen up contact them!
